The People Behind Every Session
At The Bridge Effect, your child is supported by a small, close-knit team of paediatric speech pathologists and occupational therapists based at our Northmead clinic, working with families across Parramatta, Western Sydney and the Hills District.

Our speech pathologists and occupational therapists work as a transdisciplinary team. When a child needs support in more than one area, our clinicians share goals, plan together and keep you in the loop, so therapy feels joined up rather than split across different providers.
Every clinician brings a warm, play-based, family-centred approach, grounded in current evidence. Learn more about our Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy services, or click on any clinician below to read their full profile.

Yes. Let us know when you enquire and we’ll do our best to match you with that clinician, depending on their availability and your child’s needs. If they don’t have a suitable time, we’ll talk you through the other options in our team.
Yes. Many children benefit from both speech therapy and occupational therapy. Because our team works under one roof in Northmead, clinicians can share goals and coordinate your child’s plan, so you’re not repeating your story to different providers.
Your child will see a speech pathologist or occupational therapist matched to their needs and age. Wherever possible, they’ll keep seeing the same clinician so they can build a trusting relationship over time.
You can contact us online or call our Northmead clinic on 9037 1163. We support NDIS self-managed and plan-managed participants. We are not currently a registered NDIS provider, so we’re unable to work with NDIA/agency-managed plans directly. See our funding options for more detail.
